Two blind men called out to Jesus saying, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!” When Jesus stopped near them, he asked them, “What do you want me to do for you?” They answered, "They said to Him, “Lord, we want our eyes to be opened.” God doesn’t welcome vague prayers. He wants you to be specific in your asking, as long as it is in alignment with His will, so that He can fulfill exactly what you ask. Don’t be afraid to make detailed requests of the Lord. Trust Him to adequately supply all of your needs, just as He promised.

Good Friday 4/21. Thank you to our Elder Stephen McCarthy for blessing Revelation Church and building this cross by hand!

At our Good Friday service this past weekend, we wrote down all of our struggles, ailments and needs and nailed them to the cross. This act of faith declares that we come into agreement with the finished work of the cross of Jesus Christ, never to take back what is nailed down. As he died, we died and as he lives, we now live!

In Matthew 11:1-6, Jesus tells two of his disciples to go into a nearby village and untie a colt in the street for him to enter Jerusalem on. He tells them if anyone questions this to say, “The Lord has need of it” and they will be granted permission to take it. When the disciples went to the village, it happened just as he told them it would. Jesus hadn’t seen the colt with his natural eyes but he saw it in the Spirit first. In the same way, we as Christ followers are to see the promises of God in the Spirit first and then take possession of it in the natural. May the eyes of your Spirit be opened to see the things the Lord has for you every single day!

Donna had been diagnosed with both an Ovarian Cyst and a Cervical Polyp and was preparing for surgery to have them removed. After hearing about a Healing Night at Revelation Church, she went for prayer where she felt the healing touch of God all over her body.
